Monday January 26 the first waste
measurement was taken for Winter term:
2271bs. solid foods and 23 gal. liquids were
wasted. This means each student wasted
an average of 6.3 oz. solids and 5.45 oz.
liquid that day. Please help reduce food
waste now.
