theForest Service inclear-

campground. Lazy Bend. {See

Eight students took part in
this project. allofwhom are
on-campus students. and all
oiwhom hold SAGA meal con-
tracts. Yelwhen theorgani-
zers oithe trip requested
food tor the weekend from
SAGA. they were told that
SAGA would notprovide iood
forany oil-campus trips that
aren't led byaprofessor.
Wewere notgiven somuch
asasack lunch; allfood had
tobepurchased with EAC
funds.
This lack ofcooperation on
the part ofSAGA surprised
us.because wethought they
were usually fairly reasonable
about supplying food tor
school -reltited activities
which require leaving the
campus. EAC isacharter-
edclub. and this trip was a
work party-
