Photograph from Morgan Odell's 1941-1948 Scrapbook. Odell was the first college president at the Fir Acres campus, and this scrapbook documents the purchase and early development of the campus. This photo is captioned: "Fir Acres - The Lloyd Frank Estate. 63 Acres in Southwest Portland - Hagman Brookman, Arch. Developed in 1922 at cost of $1,200,000. The Manor House - upper right, major Greenhouses - upper center, Swimming Pool - upper left, Garages, Cut Flower Refrigeration, Equipment Shed and Greenhouses - lower center. A Possible College Campus."
