Photograph from Morgan Odell's 1941-1948 Scrapbook. Odell was the first college president at the Fir Acres campus, and this scrapbook documents the purchase and early development of the campus. This photo is captioned: "Dr. Florence Peebles - Prof. Biology 1942-46. Internationally known scientist. Came out of retirement to teach in a remodeled Greenhouse and give quality to the struggling college."
